"$0.99 for the first year!" then auto-renew at $24.99. By the time you notice, you've been charged twice. We charge the same price every year.
The pre-ticked upsell stack
"Premium DNS! Site Backup! Email Essentials!" all checked-by-default at checkout. Untick or pay $200. We never pre-tick anything.
The auto-subscribed marketing list
Buy a domain, suddenly you're on a daily promo list for hosting, SSL, and "exclusive offers." We don't add anyone to a marketing list. Your Profile page controls all promotional contact.
